A Bartender engages our guests during their visit, receives/serves orders, and ensures brand service standards are met to the highest quality.

What will I be doing?

A Bartender is responsible for engaging guests, taking orders, and maintaining service standards. Key tasks include:

• Receiving orders and serving requests promptly
• Creating and serving beverages such as cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
• Taking food orders and assisting with deliveries
• Understanding menu content, updates, and promotions
• Keeping the service area clean and organized
• Managing customer account settlements efficiently
• Responding politely and helpfully to guest inquiries
