Job summary

Hilton Santa Clara is seeking a bartending professional to support dining and room service operations. The role requires prior bar experience, a CA Food Handler Card, and alcohol training (ServSafe or TIPS).

Knowledge of MICROS is a plus, and there will be responsibilities across beer, wine, and spirits service. The candidate will take and serve food and beverages, collect payments, and maintain a clean, efficient bar area while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience required as a full bar service bartender.
• CA Food Handler Card and Alcohol Training (ServSafe or TIPS) required
• MICROS knowledge a plus
• Knowledge in the variety of different beers, wines and spirits
• Position will take food and beverage orders, courteously and efficiently serve food and beverage to guests and collect payment.
• Responsible for maintenance of bar area, make drinks for restaurant and room service servers.
• Able to work at least 8 hours standing.
