McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Setup Attendant in Tampa to ensure events meet client requirements and banquet orders. You will assist with setup, service guests, and maintain clean, stocked banquet spaces.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, transporting items, breaking down events, and adapting to guest requests while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• One to two years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal ability to lift, pull or push up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet events according to client requirements and banquet event orders.
• Serve guest needs and address requests aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishes and serveware.
• Transport food, dishes, trays, and silverware from pantry to serving areas.
• Collect dirty dishes and run them through the dishwasher.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet events.
• Clean counters, shelves, furniture, and equipment; mop or vacuum floors.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers and stock condiment areas.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

What Makes a McKibbon Hotel Banquet Setup Attendant?The hotel's Banquet Setup Attendant works to ensure all banquet events are set based on the requirements of the client and the banquet event order.
