Hilton Garden Inn in Riverview, FL, is seeking a Banquet Setup Attendant to ensure banquet events are set per client specifications and to deliver exceptional guest service.

You will assist with setup and breakdown, stock supplies, and maintain clean work areas while supporting a high-standards hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Legal ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to lift trays weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Strong guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet events per client requirements and event orders.
• Serve guests and accommodate special requests within brand standards.
• Maintain supplies of clean dishware.
• Transport food, dishes, trays, and silverware from pantry to serving areas.
• Collect dirty dishes and operate the dishwasher.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of banquet events.
• Clean counters, shelves, furniture, and equipment in pantry/break area.
• Clean spills, broken items, and take out trash as needed.
• Mop or vacuum floors.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers and stock condiments.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

What Makes a McKibbon Hotel Banquet Setup Attendant?The hotel's Banquet Setup Attendant works to ensure all banquet events are set based on the requirements of the client and the banquet event order.
