Hampton Inn & Suites Port St. Lucie is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our renovated Hilton property and elevate guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee daily operations across all departments, drive occupancy and revenue, manage budgets, and mentor a dedicated team while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience (Hilton brand preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Expertise in budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting.
• Proven leadership experience in a hotel supervisory or GM role.
• Tech-savvy with hotel management software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Your Role as General Manager:

As the face of the hotel, you’ll oversee every aspect of operations and ensure our guests experience the warm, consistent service that Hilton is known for. You’ll lead and inspire your team, manage budgets and revenue goals, and maintain brand standards to drive guest satisfaction and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all departments: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Hilton PEP Operating System experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven leadership experience in a hotel supervisory or GM role
• Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience (Hilton brand preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
• Expertise in budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
