What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels
- Drive ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones within a 6-month sales cycle
- Activate new accounts and increase market share through intentional and strategic prospecting
- Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts
- Create remarkable client experiences by maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role
- Proven experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipeline
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications effectively
- General hotel operations knowledge
- Collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn
