What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels
- Drive ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
- Activate new accounts and increase market share through strategic prospecting and bi-weekly sales strategy presentations
- Develop and nurture a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts
- Create remarkable client experiences and maintain high levels of client satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools
- Proven experience using a CRM system to manage the sales pipeline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role
- General hotel operations knowledge
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications for reporting and presentations
- Collaborative team player with strong organization and time management skills
- Eager to contribute and learn from others while seeking continuous improvement
