What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels while fostering a sales-focused culture with hotel staff
- Drive ROI for hotel partners and achieve revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months
- Activate new accounts and increase market share through intentional prospecting and bi-weekly sales strategy presentations
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to optimize sales efforts
- Create remarkable client experiences while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and representing clients with professionalism
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP processes, and brand tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role
- Proven experience using a CRM system to manage sales pipelines effectively
- Strong ability to use Microsoft Office applications to manage hotel portfolios
- General hotel operations knowledge
- A collaborative team player who is eager to contribute and learn
