HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Finance Assistant to support the Director of Finance in directing hotel financial activities and safeguarding assets. You will reconcile accounts, manage invoices, and assist with monthly closings.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Experience in hotel finance and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting or hotel management.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality finance.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with PC and calculator.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Finance in directing financial activities.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly to General Ledger.
• Process and pay invoices in a timely manner.
• Vendor management and inquiries.
• Participate in monthly closing.
