Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle‑Tacoma International Airport seeks an Accounting Supervisor to join our finance team and partner with the Controller to keep the department accurate and efficient.

The role covers all hotel accounting areas—Accounts Payable, revenue audit, cash management, GL, month‑end close, and financial reporting—with opportunities to grow into leadership.

Strong Excel skills, integrity, and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile daily hotel revenue and related accounts.
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely; maintain AP files.
• Post journal entries and assist with month‑end close and general ledger.
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support audits and internal controls improvements; assist with special projects.
• Collaborate with department leaders to resolve accounting questions and issues.
