Responsibilities

• Provides general ledger support to hotels, including reconciling accounts and verifying PMS matches GL.
• Performs bank reconciliations and reviews property accounts receivable reports.
• Prepares sales tax returns and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversees cash flow and assists with year-end reconciliations for multiple properties.
• Produces and reviews monthly profit and loss statements and assists in budgeting.
• Collaborates with departments to complete the annual operating budget and trains teammates on property accounting items.
