Zusammenfassung

Travelpro is seeking a Staff Accountant to support general accounting activities and timely financial reporting. You will manage fixed assets, intangibles, prepaids, and intercompany transactions, with a focus on accurate reconciliations and audit trails.

The role requires collaboration with operations, treasury, and management to resolve issues and improve processes. You will participate in month-end close, prepare journal entries, and help ensure GAAP compliance across multiple ledgers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three or more years of accounting experience with full-cycle corporate accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and SUMIFS.
• Familiarity with GAAP and intercompany/reconciliations; Shopify experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain general ledger accuracy through analysis, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Lead month-end reconciliations and resolve reconciling items promptly.
• Prepare detailed reconciliation schedules and multi-tab Excel workbooks for audit trails.
• Oversee journal entries for fixed assets, intangibles, prepaids, intercompany, and FX activity.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with cross-functional partners.
• Assist audits with schedules, documentation, and financial analyses.
