• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a full-service hotel.
• Proven ability to manage multiple operational departments such as Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Banquets, or Facilities.
• Experience with budget management, labor forecasting, and analyzing operational performance metrics.
• Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make operational decisions effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining high hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments highly desirable.
• Comfort with technology, data analysis, and accountability-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations with focus on Rooms, F&B, Banquets, and Facilities.
• Maintain visible leadership while modeling service excellence.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor occupancy forecasts and event schedules for staffing.
• Escalate complex guest issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in budgeting, labor planning, and financial performance.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement among department leaders.
• Participate in operational meetings and forward planning.
• Assume full operational responsibility in GM’s absence.
