What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair hot tub and spa systems — plumbing, pumps, heaters, automation, and controls
• Perform water balancing and chemical testing
• Conduct start-ups, winterizations, and inspections
• Provide clear communication and exceptional customer service
• Maintain J&M’s standard of precision and craftsmanship

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hot tub or pool equipment repair
• Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a service route
• Clean driving record and professional presentation
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
• Base Salary + Commission
• Earn 26% of the $175 hourly service rate
