Eddy in Springville, UT is seeking a Hot Tub Service Technician to repair hot tubs and components in our local shop. As you are trained, you may go on outside service calls and help customers troubleshoot their spas, while handling chemical, filter, and accessory needs.

We value a mechanically inclined candidate with strong customer service skills; no prior hot tub experience is required, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior hot tub experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driving record for work vehicle insurance.
• Able to work in all weather conditions outside.
• Excellent communication and patient with customers.

Responsabilités

• Learn the inner workings and parts of hot tubs.
• Repair spas in the shop to restore functionality.
• Use software to track work.
• Keep shop area clean and organized.
• Assist with delivery, warehouse, and outside service as needed.
• Work in the field on service calls after training.
• Take care of the Service Vehicle you will operate.

Good Customer Service Skills, Upbeat and Patient with difficult situations* Happy and positive attitude* Good problem-solving skills because every job is different* Mechanically inclined, good knowledge of tools of all kinds.
