Job summary

Take A Break Spas & Billiards is seeking a Hot Tub Service Technician to repair hot tubs and components in our local shop. After training you may move to outside service at customer locations, help customers troubleshoot spas, and fulfill chemical, filter, and accessory needs.

Responsibilities include learning hot tub parts, repairing spas, and using software to track work, while keeping the shop organized.

Qualifications

• No prior hot-tub experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn the inner workings and parts of hot tubs.
• Repair spas in the shop to fix issues and restore functionality.
• Use software to track your work.
• Keep shop area and tools clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist with delivery, warehouse, and outside service as needed.
• Take care of the Service Vehicle.
• Work in the field on service calls after training.
