Job Summary

Join the Culinary team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, in an energetic, fast-paced environment. Prepare high-quality meals for various events, creating memorable experiences for fans and guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality ingredients for catered and stadium events.
• Follow recipes, focusing on marinating, seasoning, and cooking meats, seafood, and vegetables.
• Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with the Culinary team to execute menu items according to standards and event specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with food prep and work collaboratively to ensure efficient service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock maintenance.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Support all event types, including catering and game day events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation or culinary arts; large-volume experience preferred.
• Strong culinary techniques and knife skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
• Valid certifications such as ServSafe Food Certification or Maricopa County Food Handler preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Exposure to heat, steam, cold, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity for food prep tasks.
• Bending, stooping, and kneeling required.
