Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a professional truck driver for Bethel, PA. A Class A CDL and at least 1 year of driving experience (preferably with trailers) are required. You must pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, TSA screening, and provide a 5- to 10-year MVR.

Candidates should be at least 18 with a clean driving record and valid ID. The role involves maintaining a safe work environment, performing pre-trip inspections, positioning trailers on the dock, switching trailers during daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year driving experience, preferably with trailers or towed machinery.
• Class A CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment per Safety Program.
• Pre-trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT standards.
• Position trailers on the dock using a yard switcher tractor.
• Switch trailers as needed during the daily sort; hook up sets of trailers for line hauls leaving the facility.
• Communicate trailer moves and numbers with operations management.

Pay: $27.50 per hour

Shift: Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both
• Minimum 1-year driving experience, preferably with trailers or towed machinery
• Class A CDL
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a clean driving record, valid identification and be able to pass a TSA screening
• Must be able to provide a 5-year to 10-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
