Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager with daily hostel operations and administrative tasks.
• Assist with staff communication, scheduling coordination, and accountability.
• Help oversee front desk operations and guest experience.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and calmly.
• Ensure staff are following operational procedures and standards.
• Monitor reservations, occupancy, room readiness, and daily flow.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Help maintain organization, documentation, reports, and SOPs.
• Assist with onboarding and training staff as needed.
• Step in operationally during busy periods and help problem-solve in real time.
