Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking seasonal dining staff to deliver friendly, efficient guest service at our on-mountain dining locations. Start dates are the end of November to early December with positions available throughout the season.

Compensation is $10 per hour with on-mountain employee housing available for rent and a comprehensive perk package including medical benefits and 401(k). Expect early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as part of a busy dining program.

Responsibilities

• Create positive first impression for the guest that sets the mood for an enjoyable dining experience
• Provide fast, efficient service to guests by greeting the guest, answering the phone promptly and providing information
• Maintain a clean work environment to include, workstation, dining area, drink station, etc.
• Maintains smooth flow of front of house operations and sets the pace of the restaurant by controlling a guest wait list for overflow
• Clear and set tables as outlined by restaurant management
