Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking seasonal hospitality staff at Snowshoe Mountain, WV. You will support service teams, clear and reset tables, stock stations, and help guests have a memorable dining experience while ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.

Positions start end of November with varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. On-mountain housing is available, and employees receive notable perks such as resort discounts and 401(k) options.

Responsibilities

• Provides servers with help by removing dirty dishes from tables, filling coffee mugs and water glasses.
• Maintains cleanliness of restaurant by duties such as mopping, sweeping, reorganizing, etc.
• Ensures side stations are continually stocked with clean silverware and glasses.
• Helps waitstaff do an efficient job by stocking ice, filling water pitchers and making coffee.
• Provides 100% guest satisfaction by attending to guest's needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
