Job summary

Alterra is seeking seasonal staff at Snowshoe Mountain. You will deliver food, stock supplies, and support a fast-paced dining team at an on-mountain location in Snowshoe, WV. Housing is available on-site, with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Start dates begin late November to early December, with positions tied to the season. Perks include medical benefits, free skiing and discounts on Ikon Passes, a 401k plan, lift ticket vouchers for friends and family,

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the expo counter to customers, ensuring orders are complete and correct.
• Keep the work area clean and stock essential items.
• Complete all side work and collaborate with the team.
• Address complaints promptly and follow correct procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House staff.
