• Maintain organization and cleanliness at the host stand.
• Collaborate closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns.

Position Overview

As a Host at White Oak, you are the first impression and the final farewell. This role is essential tosettingthe tone for the guest experience, managing the flow of service, and supporting a seamless dining room operation.

• Manage reservations and waitlists through OpenTable

• Escort guests to tables and provide menus and dining guidance
