Job summary

Snooze is seeking a friendly Host in Tempe, AZ to greet guests, seat them promptly, and manage the door and waitlist. Enjoy a fast-paced breakfast environment with a positive team and many opportunities for growth.

You’ll work a friendly schedule with daily responsibilities that include welcoming guests, handling calls and to-go orders, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming for everyone who walks in.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Familiar with POS and iPad systems.
• Able to stand for up to 9 hours and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Welcome guests into the restaurant and seat them promptly.
• Manage the waitlist with the iPad system.
• Answer phones and process to-go orders.
• Restroom checks every 30 minutes.
• Assist servers with food delivery and bussing.
• Keep guests engaged and have fun if on a wait.
