Job summary

TownePlace Suites Tempe is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support the hotel’s morning service at 5223 S. Priest Drive, Tempe, AZ. You will greet guests, maintain spotless breakfast areas, and assist with setup and food safety to ensure a welcoming start to each guest’s day.

Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality, a can-do attitude, and the ability to follow guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Shift flexibility, 18+ age, and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service or consumer-facing environments preferred.
• 2+ include a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Able to work well under pace and pressure.
• Effective listening and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Desire to deliver hospitality and guest service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Table manicure: clear and sanitize breakfast tables after each guest, prep for next arrivals.
• Consistent set-up: arrange breakfast buffet area each morning per hotel/brand directive.
• Kitchen checklist: ensure kitchen is cleaned per daily checklist after breakfast period.
• Food safety: follow local health codes and approved breakfast standards.
• Buffet management: keep buffet area stocked and clean until end of breakfast period.
