Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and departure in a warm, inviting manner.
• Maintains knowledge of restaurant layout and seats patrons accordingly.
• Operates phones, radios, paging systems and table management tools.
• Interacts with guests to build positive relationships and loyalty.
• Keeps host podium and dining room clean and orderly.
• Communicates guest feedback to management in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
