Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, showcasing menu knowledge, maintaining a clean workstation, and adhering to responsible alcohol service, while operating POS systems and coordinating with management on guest feedback.

• Strong and accurate money handling skills.
• Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Knowledge of wines, alcohol, and mixed drinks as well as gaming operations etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner.
• Takes orders from guests and delivers and dispenses correct beverages.
• Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge.
• Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation.
• Performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations.
• Utilizes all bar equipment and point-of-sale systems.
• Communicates to management in a timely fashion any guest compliments or complaints.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
