Job summary

Medina Entertainment Center is seeking friendly host staff to warmly welcome guests and help them feel at home. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with needs, directing event guests, and seating multiple parties in the restaurant.

You will also help keep entryways clean, handle menus, take reservations, and answer phones during busy periods. Experience is preferred but not required, as we provide training.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary as we can train the right candidate.
• Shifts that will be required and non-negotiable include nights, weekends and some holidays.

Our host staff is the first point of contact for our guests. We are looking for bright, cheery, friendly individuals that will not only welcome our guests but make them feel at home. We are looking for welcoming, attentive individuals to assist guests, office staff and managers, especially during busy periods.
