• Communicate effectively with servers, bar, kitchen and management on level of business.
• Ensure all guests are sincerely thanked as they leave.
• Bus and prep tables for service, clearing dishes and glassware and resetting as needed.
• Answer phone calls and make reservations.
• Maintain clean and organized entryway, dining room and public areas.
