Job summary

The Noggin Room is seeking a friendly and experienced server to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 2 years previous experience in a restaurant required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and hospitality focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare server stations and dining room for service.
• Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and assist in seating.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Explain menu items, note allergies, and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with great presentation.
• Check on guests, address requests, and handle complaints professionally.
• Present bills and process payments quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and training.
