Job summary

Sixty Vines is hiring a Host / Hostess in Nashville, TN. You will greet guests, seat them, and manage reservations with a friendly, professional demeanor. The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to handle busy periods with a positive attitude.

We offer flexible schedules, PTO after 1 year, insurance after 90 days, and a starting pay of $15.00 per hour plus gratuity, with opportunities to grow in a guest-focused, wine-forward restaurant.

Qualifications

• Fun, energetic and professional attitude at all times.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Prior restaurant experiences is desired, but not required.
• Must have Friday and Saturday availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat all guests in a hospitable, friendly, and timely manner.
• Handle all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean entrance area, hostess stand, and women's restroom.
• Manage reservations system, including seating within reservation times.
• Escort guests to the proper assigned table while engaging in light conversation.
• Answer all phone calls and fulfill guest needs; communicate information to managers on duty.
• Be familiar with hours of operation, menu items, price range, directions, contact information, and all other basic restaurant information.
