Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort to tables.
• Maintain positive guest relations throughout dining experience.
• Communicate wait times clearly.
• Offer courteous farewell to departing guests.
• Highlight menu items to guests when appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers and setups.
• Coordinate with servers/kitchen for timing.
• Ensure menu item availability with kitchen.
• Prepare restaurant for service and maintain dining room cleanliness.
