AATMOS Hotels in Gatlinburg, TN, seeks a Fine Dining Restaurant Manager for The Heirloom Room. You will lead front-of-house operations, uphold upscale service standards, and foster a polished, guest-focused dining experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in food & beverage, with at least 2 in a supervisory role, extensive wine and bourbon knowledge, and strong leadership. ServSafe Manager Certification is required within 90 days of hire; flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of food & beverage experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong background in front of house operations and upscale or fine dining guest service.
• Extensive knowledge of wine and bourbon, with the ability to guide and educate both guests and staff.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Manager Food and Alcohol Certification required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front of house restaurant and bar operations, ensuring consistent execution of service standards.
• Maintain a polished, upscale dining atmosphere that reflects The Heirloom Room's brand and reputation.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism, urgency, and a genuine commitment to resolution.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate front of house associates to perform at their best.
• Manage staffing levels, labor efficiency, and shift execution.
• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable team culture where people are proud to work.
• Support revenue goals and actively manage operating expenses.
• Partner with the AATMOS F&B team on strategies to drive covers, check averages, and ancillary revenue
