Job summary

The Heirloom Room Creekside Restaurant & Bar at Rocky Waters Motor Inn in Gatlinburg is seeking a Breakfast Cook to join the kitchen team. You will execute recipes with precision, maintain a clean, organized station, and contribute to a consistently high-quality dining experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma and ServSafe Certification within 60 days of hire. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays; base pay is $17.00–$19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• ServSafe Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items following established recipes to ensure quality and cost control.
• Ensure all cooking stations are stocked with ingredients and equipment before and during shifts.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency on every plate.
• Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times.
• Support team during high-volume service and communicate needs to leadership.
