Douro in Portland, Maine, is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests and manage reservations. You will coordinate seating and help ensure a smooth dining flow, becoming the first point of contact for guests and setting the tone for an outstanding experience.

Position Summary

As the first smiling face our guests see, the Host/Hostess sets the tone for the entire dining experience. This role is all about creating a warm, welcoming, and organized environment from the moment a guest walks through the door. A great host balances hospitality with efficiency—managing reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring the flow of service runs smoothly.
