Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Host to greet guests, seat diners, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You will coordinate with front-of-house staff, manage seating and wait times, and help ensure a warm, welcoming experience for all guests.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a high-energy setting. Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Responds appropriately to customer concerns.
• Ensures a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked host stand.
• Assist servers and food runners, as needed. Must be able to maneuver heavy trays of food.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
  EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma or GED.
• Food and Beverage experience in a full service setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as with other team members.
• Able to work unsupervised for extensive periods, and to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with
  customers and peers.
