Job summary

Ancho & Agave in Middleton, WI is seeking part-time Hosts to create a welcoming dining experience. You will greet guests, assist with reservations, guide seating, and provide accurate wait times in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be friendly, punctual, and have strong communication skills. Availability includes weekends and evenings, with a maximum 10:00 p.m. shift end, plus the ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings (until 10:00 p.m.) and holiday.
• Must be available to work at least 4 hours per scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
