Responsibilities

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area.
• Greet guests warmly and manage the waitlist efficiently.
• Seat guests in a timely manner and handle to-go orders in the POS system.
• Answer phones and assist teammates with delivering or bussing as needed.
• Keep restrooms clean and well stocked; respond to guest requests.

The Position Specifics

Taking on the role of Host isn’t just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you!

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
• Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN!!
• Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
• Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

Certification Requirements

All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment.
