As an Experienced Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting, seating, and managing guest flow while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Manage the host stand, ensure guests are seated promptly and efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, make reservations, and assist with guest inquiries.
• Maintain the waitlist and manage guest flow during busy periods.
• Coordinate seating arrangements with the dining room staff to ensure a smooth service.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and elevate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing reservations and updating guest records.
• Support the team during busy shifts, contributing to a positive work environment.
