Job summary

Bayshore Club in Coconut Grove is seeking a friendly and proactive Host to join our waterfront restaurant team. You will greet guests, manage reservations, guide guests to tables, provide menus, and set accurate wait times to ensure smooth seating and an outstanding guest experience.

OpenTable experience and hospitality in a high-volume setting are preferred. The role requires standing for long periods, flexible shifts, and a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred)
• Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills and phone etiquette
• Flexibility when working alternating shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• OpenTable Experience Required
• Must have strong Open table background - full availability
• Hostess experience with large restaurants (300 seats or more) a plus
