**Description**

General Summary: A Host is responsible for directing the traffic flow of guests in the restaurant, handling all payment transactions, and maintaining the security of the cash drawer. The position reports to the General Manager and requires minimal supervision.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Greeting and seating guests, utilizing the seating chart and wait list.
2. Knowledge of Rib Crib products, preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices; ability to discuss products with customers in person or over the phone.
3. Answering phone calls, directing calls appropriately, taking orders, and answering catering questions.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier stand and restrooms.
5. Stocking the to-go station and packaging orders.
6. Recording and analyzing cash flow, including opening, managing, and closing duties.
7. Willingness to perform any task or responsibility as needed to support team efforts.
