General Summary: A Host is responsible for directing guest traffic in the restaurant, managing payment transactions, and ensuring the security of the cash drawer. The position reports to the General Manager and requires minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting and seating guests, knowing how to read and use the seating chart and waitlist.
2. Knowledge of Rib Crib products, preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices; ability to discuss these with customers in person or over the phone.
3. Answering phone calls, determining their purpose, and directing calls appropriately. Taking call-in orders and answering catering questions.
4. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier stand and restrooms.
5. Stocking the to-go station and packaging to-go orders.
6. Recording and analyzing cash flow, including opening, operating, and closing duties.
7. Willingness to perform any assigned task to support team efforts.
