North Oaks Golf Club Inc. is seeking a friendly, guest-focused Host/Hostess to welcome members and guests, manage reservations, and support dining services.

You will greet, seat, and assist guests, answer phone lines, and help with takeout orders while staying informed about daily events and club activities. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional presentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide friendly seating and service for all members.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and preparation methods.
• Assist with daily dining area setup, re-sets at midday.
• Answer calls for reservations, takeout, and events.
• Know daily events to inform guests entering the club.
• Manage daily reservations and takeout orders.
• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, safety, and code compliance.
• Report issues to management and assist as needed.
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.
• Provide feedback on guest comments to management.
