Aronimink Golf Club is seeking a friendly Host to greet members and guests, manage reservations, and guide seating with poise. You will coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth flow and a welcoming dining experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or restaurant experience, strong communication, and a polished appearance. Evening and weekend availability required; training on club systems provided. This role offers a collaborative private-club environment.

Qualificações

• Comfortable using reservation or point-of-sale systems (training provided).

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

The Host is the first point of contact for members and guests. This role sets the tone for their dining experience by providing a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating and flow within the dining areas. The Host works closely with servers, managers, and other staff to provide excellent service and maintain a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests promptly, warmly, and with professionalism.

• Manage reservations and waitlists using the club's reservation system.

• Escort members and guests to their tables, presenting menus, and ensuring proper seating arrangements.

• Communicate seating needs and pacing with service and kitchen staff.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Shifts

• Typical shifts are 4pm - 9pm, Tuesday - Sunday. Daytime availability on weekends is preferred.
