Responsibilities

• Greet and seat members with a friendly smile and assist as needed.
• Provide friendly service: greeting, seating, and taking care of members.
• Answer phone calls for reservations, takeout, and events.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of dining areas and re-sets.
• Receive takeout orders via phone and app.
• Monitor hospitality areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate issues to the Manager and assist as needed.
