Job summary

Opal Collection in Naples, FL is hiring a Host/Hostess to welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. You will manage reservations, seat guests promptly, and collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain smooth service throughout shifts.

The role is full-time with open availability Monday through Sunday, and offers comprehensive benefits, discounted hotel stays, and dining perks as part of our hospitality-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous hosting/restaurant experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Take reservations with the restaurant reservation system
• Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
• Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set waiting time quotes for guests
• Manage inventory of tables available
• Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
• Other reasonable duties as assigned
• Communicate with wait staff and supervisors regarding availability of tables
• Communicate with supervisor any complaints or compliments
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
• Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy
