Job summary

Edgewater Beach Hotel in Naples, FL is seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our guest-focused team. This role offers both full-time and part-time openings; full-time requires open availability Monday through Sunday, and part-time schedules vary.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and knowledge of menu items. Prior experience and courteous phone skills are a plus, and all associates enjoy a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
• Previous hospitality experience a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone.
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOPs.
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Complete opening side work to prepare for the shift.
• Complete closing side work at end of shift.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Have full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Maintain personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance.
• Be punctual when reporting to work and clock in only after being in full uniform.
• Maintain cleanliness of all dining and patio areas.
