We are hiring an experienced Host/ess at Carbone Miami! We seek someone eager to work hard and be part of something special.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform about specials.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
• Manage waiting list and floor plan board.
• Observe tables, track cleanliness and occupancy.
• Provide accurate wait times and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain the host area and answer phone inquiries.
• Engage with guests to ensure positive experiences.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume, upscale restaurants preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Drive to deliver exceptional service.
• Flexible full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proficiency or ability to learn POS systems, OpenTable, Word, and Excel.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
