Job summary

Goode Company seeks a friendly Host to welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and support smooth service flow. You will coordinate with managers and teams to ensure balanced pacing and a polished entry area, recognizing special occasions and accessibility needs.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or customer service experience, a warm demeanor, and strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt during busy periods and maintain dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Warm, composed presence with clear communication in person and by phone.
• Ability to organize details, use reservation systems, and adjust quickly during busy periods.
• Dependable attendance, professional presentation, and a team-first mindset.
• Food Handler Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and thank every guest with attentive, genuine hospitality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, seating, phone calls, and guest notes accurately.
