Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Maintain an organized and accurate waitlist
• Assist with takeout orders and answer phone inquiries
• Provide menus and inform guests of any specials or promotions
• Ensure the front-of-house area remains clean and presentable
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to provide excellent service
• Handle customer concerns with a positive attitude

Requirements:
